Returns & Refund Policy
1. General Return Policy We maintain a strict No Return policy for non-quality issues. Once a product is delivered in good condition and matches the order specifications, returns will not be accepted based on personal preference or "change of mind."
2. Unauthorized Return Costs If a return is exceptionally authorized for a non-quality issue:

The buyer is responsible for the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.

The buyer must cover all import duties/taxes incurred during the return process.

A 4.4% PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
3. Shipping & Delivery (DDP Service) We process orders immediately upon receipt.

For customers in the USA and Europe, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.

Standard DDP logistics typically take approximately 10 business days. However, delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (customs inspections, carrier delays, etc.).

4. PayPal Transaction Fee Deduction Please be advised that for all processed refunds, the 4.4% PayPal transaction fee is non-recoverable from the payment processor and will be deducted from the final refund amount. We do not offer 100% full refunds for this reason.
5. Origin and Quality Standards All products are shipped from Mainland China. We ensure that every item meets the highest industry quality standards. If you have concerns regarding the origin of the product, please refrain from placing an order.
